Looks to me like there is a whole in the right part of the persian` cap. Unless it`s a light issue. But I thought to mention it because I had something similar for a unit with a thracian helmet which turned out to not be welded... or something like that.

It's just a light issue. The cap was fashioned from the vanilla Thracian helm (I think).. I could have probably made a new one..

Well, the unit I was referring to was caius`s greek armoured hoplite and its helmet iirc had as a base one of the vanilla helmets(the thracian one of the bastarnae iirc) from where the problem was actually imported. It was only really visible in a certain light and looked similar to yours.

A'yup, it happens when the UV of a plane is flattened to a single line rather than a triangle.

Just curious why the hoplites in the first pic hold their spear overhand and the spartans dont. Nice pictures.

The first pic shows Spartan Hoplites from the classic version of the mod. The Spartan Hoplites in the movie version fight under arm as in the film.

I much prefer the underhand spear style, the other one just desn't look as cool.
Btw what are the differences between the film version and other one? Could someone link it for me please?

The difference is mostly asthetic. In the other one (classical) the units are almost completely overhauled for those who didn't like the movie.Originally Posted by TheXand

Don't forget this the 'Alex exec', unlike RTW it has a tendancy to join all those small stacks into larger stacks. At the moment the only thing stopping them trying to swamp me is they can't get behind me, another tactic of the 'AE', it just loves to hit you on all sides.
