mod manager?

can anyone tell me how to install this mod usin mod manager? reason i ask is cos i wanna install other mods such as enhanced CAI and its a lot easier to do this with MM.

ive installed this mod usin the installer but for some reason when i load MM this mod doesnt show up as a tickable mod even though the enhanced CAI mod does

The core files for APE: TI are set to movie type -- no need to use modmanager to load them -- you can tell if the mod is loaded because your main title logo will change!
