I'm new at using re-skins, so I'm sorry to waste your time trying to help me. The problem is in the MuM.pack so can someone tell me how to fix the problem? I don't know what I did wrong.

You're missing the warscape animated (as opposed to the warscape animated lod) table. You also need to change the name of the model in unit_stats_land to prussian_grenadiers_retextured.
Thanks, but what do I type in the animated tables?

I forgot to mention that you need to rename your textures to match your custom model, e.g. "prussian_grenadiers_retexture_diffuse.dds". Then add: your_custom_model_name ¦ unitmodels/textures/your_custom_model_name ¦ animation.

I updated it, and it works and fully running, no CTD's. Only problem is the "ink men".
Maybe problem is in how I named any file?

The name you put in the right hand column of warscape_animated_lod and warscape animated is your custom model name. You need to change your textures to match your custom model, for example "prussian_grenadiers_retextured_diffuse.dds". Unfortunately, the texture is still giving me an error. Correct the texture names and see if they work for you.

Alright, we're making progress. Re-DLed the mod that the skin is from and now atleast you can see things. But they are still creepy. What file is showing up? Gloss, diffuse? Also, now try and see what file is corrupted in this or if it is a problem on my part.

First of all, you have a typo in the name of the Normal: - instead of _
2nd the Gloss and the normal are not ok. i extracted them, but i can't open them. You need to delete them out of the pack and newly add them.

Glad you got them working
From this picture looking good, though i can't tell you about the historical correctness and can't really judge about the details, as they are too small to see.
