OUT OF DATE Darthmod 2.3 halved upkeep

Hello fellow DM-users!

Here's my quick little modification of Darthmod 2.3

All units upkeep is halved, letting the AI build armies and still have money left for economical-upgrades.
Larger battles overall, and that's fun, right?

Also, can you do a version with half purchase and half upkeep cost ? I try to mod myself but for some reason, I get an error when trying to import tsv file with half purchase cost. Thanks.

I cannot fix that until next weekend, though. But I will do it. I just enter everything manually, since I have fast fingers xD
