Here is another before and after. I was supposed to be in a Doc Holiday costume for Halloween (2009). However, when my brother came over and saw me, he told me I looked more like Doc Hollandaise . Needless to say, that was one of many motivations to lose the weight. The second picture is from June 2011.

I think it was a good decision to get rid of that moustache too. btw: Your hand is a bit misplaced in the after picture - but You´re in a good shape. For now i guess only Tony is in a better shape - but i read he´s working on the masterrace, which seems to be fairly satisfying for that moment. I´m just a bit worried about the guy next to him - looks like he wants to start with some mass production.

...Yeah, I grew it just for that part. We were laughing at that "hand" pic after we took it. I didn't realize that I was blocking my friends face at the time.

Here´s a more recent one of me. I look almost the same nowadays - just add some more hair and the usual 2 months beard. I visit a barber every 3-5 months and shave myself very rarely. So i look like a new person every now and then. I guess some sport couldn´t harm - probably not wrestling.

Yeah smoking is a bit of region-wide sensation over there.
Also that must have been fun for your kids. Most people end up in the economy class puking up disgusting plane food for their first flight. Well I did anyways.
