First of all, some (good and bad) news regarding the new patch:
Due to my personal computer issues (after a damaged power supply a few weeks ago, I now have a damaged graphics card ), I will have to pause the work on the patch and so I decided to release it earlier and with less content than expected, because I can't estimate when I can resume working on TATW.
Since I can't even test the patch in-game anymore, I will have to omit any critical gameplay changes and therefore the patch will only include 'soft' changes and additions where I'm (almost) sure they can't cause any issues.
So, in contrary to the previous previews I cannot show the units in-game anymore, though all of them already have been tested once and are working in-game...

Due to the generosity of maxmazi, who sent me a new graphics card, I could resume working on the patch.
Without him, the patch and many of it's features wouldn't have really worked, so it's also maxmazi's credit that the new patch will be much more complete than originally expected. Actually I even think that without his support I could not even have released the patch, because too many things were just unfinished.
So, a huge thanks to maxmazi! You are a really kind and generous person, my friend!
I think the patch should (will) be ready next weekend but it will include much more features and little surprises.

Edit: Sorry to hear about your power source though, that sucks! I'd be willing to contribute to a "Fix KKs Hardware Fund". Seriously, it'd be well worth it!

Also, and this is just an idea, ever thought of having an Ewok Battalion? I mean, I realise they are not *exactly* Tolkien but they can take an entire legion of Stormtroopers and keep them on the backfoot.
Don't begrudge us just because we are small and furry.

Incredible work and congratulation King Kong....yes yes yes....and finally Aragorn comes to middle earth well...awesome heroes unit yes.....but, MAYBE , in Aragorn's model ,the trousers would be better if BLACK, or dark gray, or like the jacket...so dark brown...no??and maybe also the boots would be better if more dark..but very very little more dark (but maybe those of your model are fine so)......no????this is only my opinion........what do you think about this little change?????Thank you ......and maybe in future we can also see Aragorn with Helm's Deep armor or Black Gate armor??????

What an effort! I can't believe we're getting updates like that in a 1.2 patch!
KK, are you accepting donations to help purchase a new graphics card and get back to work? I'm sure you'd love to get it done as much as we would and I'm willing to bet a few bucks from everyone in the community would be a great way to say thanks for all of your hardwork.
I mean, seriously, is there anyone here who couldnt afford a few bucks? Especially after enjoy the quality of work here?
The problem is they're not allowed by the law to make any money of this, even though many of us would be ready to pay the price of a full expansion for this mod. But better don't start this discussion here.
