Atmospheric battle sound effects mod v1.2a

First please excuse me for my English.

This mod adds realism to the sounds of battle. I have modified every bullet impact, arrow, axe, bayonet, cannonball, sword and spear sound hitting flesh adding different screams of death and pain after the original sound of bullet hit or blunt weapon slice. So no more annoying silence after a cannonball direct hit a mass of soldiers, or a point blank volley, now you will hear screams of death on the battlefield much more often, adding realism and authenticity to the atmosphere of the battles.

Version1.2a - 07/18/09

- resize the length of moaning sounds .wav file from 2 min. to 10 sec. (hitting the limitations of ETW sound engine, CTD’s where reported using v1.1 –> 30sec and v.1.2
–> 2min moaning sounds duration)
- moaning sounds probability cut in half - 1 in 8 from every weapon hit category;
- re-sampled sounds from 22.05 KHz to 44.1 KHz.

- fix the reported start CTD, now the file is named properly to be recognized by the Mod Manager;
- toned down volume of mourning sounds and rebalanced overall volume to be more realistic;
- added the missing sounds from club weapon hitting flesh;
- edit the mourning sounds to make them less linear;
- edit the bullet impact screams to be more coherent.

- 14 new sounds ;
- moaning sounds for wounded soldiers ;
- fine tuning volume for screams to be more audible ;

-11 different sounds of pain and death after bullet impacts, arrow, cannonball hitting flesh, bayonet, swords and spears slicing and stabbing.


Installation!
The mod is compatible with LtChambers Mod Manager. Just extract the modfile into your ">your steam folder<\steam apps\common\empire total war\data" folder and activate it with the Mod.Compatibility tested with patch 1.3. Only .wav sound files have been modified so It should not conflict with game play modifications or other sound mod that’s not overlapping mod sound files.

Could you upload a patch version plz, I find that wonderful little mods like these are more convenient as patch files. I have the worst luck with mod types

Awwww.........it's wonderful the screams of men getting ripped apart by cannonballs...hmmm.....it would be amazing if you could get some moaning from "wounded" soldiers like Imperial glory. Although I must admit that while in melee the screams get drowned out by the clash of steel. Nevertheless sir you have made a wonderful mod to accompany my others. Wonderful job mate! PS: The patch version works
