Here are some titles for few big Italian states.

Ferrara: from 1264 to 1471 signore; after 1471 duke.
    Genoa: duke (doge)
    Mantova: 1276-1328 signore; 1328-1444 podesta; 1444-1540 marquis; 1540-1708 duke
Milan: 1277-1395 signore; from 1395 duke (duca)
Modena: 1288-1527 signore; from 1527 duke
    Montferrato: marquis
    Napoli: king
Savoy: 1027-1434 count; from 1434 duke
    Venice: duke (doge)

There are also a lot of city-states which are beyond my knowledge. Sorry
