Hi all, my new sound mod changes music in the game -available in the downloads section(minor mods & tweaks)
1.5 CA patch compatible - v1.4
compatible with the latest patch 1.6 - it has been tested with "Warpath Campaign" & seems to work fine & also compatible with the latest DLC "Elite Units of the East".

(content):
changed main menu:jaeger march
credits:"master & commander"
ingame naval battle music:"master & commander"/"1492"-vangelis & a couple more tracks that really add to the atmosphere
ingame land battle music(western & tribal):"1492"-vangelis/red october hymn(russian)/sailors dance(russian)
the tribal music has a more native american Indian feel!
might not compatible with some music mods?
anyone can use my music in their mods(just a little mention in the credits)
feel free to ask anything, i'll do my best

Hi, thanks to someone who gave me +REP & glad u like the mod.

just to say that some time soon I might redo the whole Soundtrack, but first I have to find the music and fiddle with a few things to get the right feel, so thanks again & feel free to post comments!

Im downloading now, I absolutely hate the vanilla land battle music so Ill give this a run 2nite while I play and see how it sounds.

Wow man nice job. Just got done playing one of my campaigns and the battle music and the menu music is really well done. What a little known mod that deserves more credit! + Rep to ya! great job

I never minded the Campaign music as much as the terrible battle music thats in vanilla so this mod is perfect.

Thank you very much for your comments sir - I'm really glad that you like it

- I tried to make the Americas more atmospheric with the native american culture feel, & the player being a bit more cautious when venturing deeper into the Americas. The menu music more striking -
& I do agree that the european battle music was/is a bit slow tempered & not urging the player forward or to get into a good rythum or momentum - I tried to mentally get the player to gather up a bit of rythum/momentum while playing to ensure constant flowing aggressive music & to avoid low/soft audible music so bad that the player becomes bored & turns off the music altogether.

I might do another version in the future with more carefully selected tunes/music maybe a major overhaul mod or something
