    The Amani General/Family Member strat-model do work, but it is currently glitched and has it's shoulderpads floating high up in the air - otherwise it looks fine.

    - The Drakari could possibly use a retexture of it after the issue has been fixed.

    Troll captain still do not work, and i believe the reason is it's too big (300kb) in size. The others are between 100kb and 161kb - and the biggest strat-model is on 210kb in size.

    A shame i can't test that naga model now.

    Looks pretty nice. Even the floating shoulders didnt seemed bothering.

    Agreed, i didn't notice those until it was standing with it's side towards me as a player.

    I can reskin the Elven ranger from red to blue for the High Elves factions, the other one, i agree with you is good as it is for the HE; i can make a reskin for it to look like a Blood Knight for the BE faction.

    About the Gurubashi one, what's the problem with it? the log says something useful? missing textures?.

    Overall thank you Bantu for creating them, the strat models add flavour to the mod

    Thank you, if you would mind the Forsaken could also use the Banshee texture and the rebels the Wretched one. - I think the textures are the very same but in the same file now, as strat-models do use one texture-file only as oposed to two used by the battlemodels.

    Hm, the General isn't supposed to be a Blood Knight and i think it was supposed to look like in the picture for the BE - even though i agree with you colour is kinda wrong for the BE.

    I think it's too big.. But otherwse i have no idea - the log says alot of files are missing such as "gloss.tga" and such. But nothing helpful - as it also states alot of the previously working strat-models are missing the same textures. So mostly it just states the mod has CTD, and the fact the Amani worked means it's the model itself because i used the same method there.

    Hello all - i have currently full time on moding but have a harder time focusing on moding when using the stational computer.

    I just found out Warhammer: BotET has an unofficial Discord release which fixes alot of that mods issues with stats and diplomacy.

    - This means i will need to re-work the balancing a little.

    Also, i asked Tomdoof, the cretaor of the Dwarven Karak custom settlements in use in BotET 1.1 for permission to use them in warcraft for Khaz'Modan - he said yes and actually sent me improved versions (less buggy) to use instead.

    - He said he will remake them totally for Warhammer but what we got is improved versions of the ones seen in 1.1. I do not think 1.5 has any in use because Tomdoof wants to remake them, and didn't like the older ones enough.

    - My opinion is that we should try and replace/retexture all the settlements where we can. So i am gonna implement these improved Dwarven Karaks from BotET later.

    Hopefully before end of february, but i never know when i get lazy, get other things to do or when i waste time.

    The Troll stratmodels for captains and generals are finished and fixed - the Amani stratmodels will also be retextured for the others.

    - The Gurubashi Trolls and the Farraki Trolls do not have big trolls in their rosters, but will still use big trolls as stratmodels for now.

    - If WarcraftHero is willing they just need to be retextured for everyone but the Amani.

    - More stuff incoming.

    New stratmodels have been created by Bantu Chieftain.

    The Horde - A Captain and a temporary general, both have an issue with the legs stretching on the sides. I think the Grunt by Eoghan had better looking shoulderpads, but this one is based on a new battlemodel Bantu made out of a model he got from Warcraft3Underground.

    - I have also gotten the actual battlemodel, but even though it has a higher resolution i still think it lacked cool shoulderpads and would look odd in the Horde roster. It may fit better in the Burning Legion's roster if retextured into red but then again it may not be ferocious enough.

    It's still not bad but i think i would have had better models with more armour.

    - Re-textures for the Dark Horde will need to be made.

    The Naga - A Captain Wrath of Azshara model, unfortunately it's bugged and you can see a grey human basemodel in the back of it. Bantu wants it to be retextured into pink for the general so he doesn't have to rig another model which is understandable.

    - The issue with the grey human could probably need a fix.

    The Night Elves - An Archer captain has been created and is currently in use by both the captain and the general - but this will change before a release. It works well.

    Good job Bantu and Mr_Nygren On my side, i have finished the unit cards for the horde, dark horde and qiraji. I have to finish the nerubian ones and two for the scourge i think. Also, the BE ranger have been retextured for the other factions (forsaken, HE, wretched (rebels).

    - Good job m8! I could use the finished portraits now in order to update the moddb-page. I understand the Nerubian ones will take awhile due to them being eight while the Horde/Dark Horde and Qiraji were six combined.

    - Scourge has three portraits for four units needed - Liches/Lich Bodyguards (could use the same one), Frost Wyrms and then there is the custom battle only Quilboars they can use in "late era" or when clicking all.

    About the Blood Elven portraits i believe there are a ranger, an archer and a volunteer-portrait made for them. All of those could probably need a Blue High Elven retexture of the portraits.

    - I will send you the textures for the troll, naga and orc stratmodels - the ranger also could use a blue High Elven one and an undead Forsaken/Rebel one. But that's up to you.

    I think you can change the color for the bodyguard cards. Just for differentiation.

    I believe it isn't as simple as just copy/pasting the body-texture of the Elven Ranger onto the stratmodel dito.

    - The stratmodel has weapons in the same texture as the body, unlike the battlemodel - which means the body looks fine but not the weapons such as the sword or the bow on the Elven Captains back.

    It became grey because it's texture is missing. One needs to combine weapons with body - or somehow add the blue/wretched/Forsaken textures on-top of the other one without overwriting the weapons.

    Thank you - our whole team was very active during the months march 29 to middle of june 2017. Then after that me and bantu were mostly doing the heavy work with WarcraftHero helping out the whole time and Sulfurion also doing some work.

    Since the beginning of decembre development has slowed down a little but Bantu is now creating/riging these stratmodels, WarcraftHero is fixing the unit portraits and retextures and i am doing the balancing and implementation.

    - I believe Sulfurion is awaiting us to be finished so he can finish off his work, that is the Buildings and recruitment even though i have done at least half of the recruitment by now. I hope a release will be ready before the end of february but if not then before march 29 - as that would mark a year since Eoghan Wolfkin released his Unfinished Alpha (the one PCGamer wrote about in august).

    Updates:

    - Bantu has fixed the Naga Captain, and made a temporary fix on the Orc Captain.

    - Bantu has finished the Night Elven General.

    - WarcraftHero has corrected the High Elven weapon issue.

    - I have implemented variations for the Forsaken, Blood Elves, Rebels and Theramore as well.

    The scripts for the Forsaken and Blood Elves still need to be implemented at a later stage.

    - We could also use an Undead version of the Under Kings turning them into Crypt Lords in use by the Scourge.

    Update:

    Bantu Chieftain has finished the following:

    - New Orc Captain in use by both the gen and cap for now - has fixed texture but stretching legs still an issue.

    - Dreadlord Captains in use by both the cap and gen until the Eredar gens have been finished.

    I did implement of course.
