    Default Changing the starting treasury

    Hello. Does anybody know where I might find the starting treasury values? I am pretty sure that I found it before in startpos.esf but I cannot find it again! I want to increase Spain's starting treasury as I think they would be a fun faction, but its no fun when both the starting fleets get sunk in two turns by pirates, Florida gets flooded with native indians and the Pope decides that he wants to reconquer the Italian peninsular!

    it's i nthe faction's economy file it's the thing that says value.
