I edited EDU but i can't see any changes what am I doing wrong

Maybe you did not saved it correctly. I suggest this simple steps:
- copy your export_descr_unit file to desktop. (Also keep an extra copy somewhere in case you want to revert to vanilla)
- Open it with notepad
- Modify it as you please and then save the changes
- Replace the EDU in data folder with the one you tweaked in desktop
That should do it and it's game save compatible.
