    Default Roads

I think I saw in a thread somewhere around here that there are 3 types of roads.
Dirt, Cobbled, and 'restored Roman roads'.

But I guess Restored Roman roads should only be built in areas the Romans once dominated. So no roman roads in Norway for example.

So I was thinking, can there be some sort of marker or resource in areas were the Romans once owned to show where restored roads can be built. Like 'Roman Ruins' or something.
