I know it is an old bug but...

I had Empire for a while then i stopped playing and now i want to begin playing but i have this bad bug. everytime i had inside cinematic it is playing like in a slideshow. the intro playing great but the campaign map movies are in slowmode, everything else is great, no crashed no glitchs no slow FPS everything look so good it seems as the CPU trying to run two thing in a row ( I have quad CPU). The only way i can run the movies is if i am putting everything on low, but my game playing so good on high so i do not see whats the problem ?????

What are your computers specs? Have you enough RAM etc? The campaign map has always been slow, even for me and the cinematic are a slide show. That was a bug introduced in the latest patch.
