    Hello to everyone,

I am a member of this marvellous site for over a year [I joined on May 26, 2008], but it took me ages –as it seems to me now– to discover this great forum.
The first few months I was wondering around the various mods' threads, trying to find something that could make my "Medieval II Total War"-playing-time a little more interesting.
It was back then, that I decided to start helping whoever I could, in order to make the mods I liked better.
My modding experience was really awful, at that time, so I started making simple things, like changing minor aspects of the game, creating some pictures myself etc, etc...
As my knowledge of the game's structure grew, I started modding more things in my favourite game; the time had come to get a more active role in this forum.
So, I started making some progress...

My first attempt was the following family trees:
    http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=198359
This was my "passport" to the Dominion of the Sword [DotS] team, as a dynasties researcher – I am still a member of this great team.

Then, I decided to do some real modding and I started making a series of "improvement Projects" for the Deus lo Vult mod which I named "DLV 2D Graphics improvement Project Series"

Those mini-mods were a real fun making and I was proud that repman included many of them in the DLV 6.0 & 6.1 versions of this great mod.

In the meantime I have been experimenting with mapmaking and I uploaded a map that I have been making for anyone who may be interested [this map was not initially mine – I changed many things, even the classical architecture, BUT it is not my initial creation]
    http://files.filefront.com/Agis+M2TW.../fileinfo.html

I even tried to make a tool for anyone who would like to make a European map, which I named The Ultimate Mapping Tool [now I realise this was a little arrogant – sorry guys]
    http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=210310

Then came fellow DotS member AnthoniusII offer to make a map for a new mod [The Great Conflicts 872-1071] and I accepted the invitation with joy. You can see the map's progress in the following thread:
    http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=225349

I also made a new set of units' cards for the Complete Byzantine Unit Roster [CBUR]
    http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=254540

At the moment I am really busy on completing the Units' Card improvement Project [DLV-UCiP] which will be included in DLV version 6.2
    http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=220018
My goal is to make a set of brand new units’ cards for every faction.

In the future, I plan to continue with Units' Card improvement Project for the Road to Jerusalem [RtJ] mod.

As you may see I have tried to make some useful things for our community and I humbly ask to become an Artifex. Helping more people is a great challenge for me.

The only promise I can make is that my devotion to the Total War Community will be absolute.

    Thank you

I'd like to bring agistournas to your attention. I first encountered him as another fan like myself in the Foreign Language discussion (the Greek Thread) and we started talking about mods and modding our favorite TW games.
He began with fairly minor work and he learned a few areas of modding in order to give the total war fan community a gaming experience they could be happy with. He has done a few things to improve some mods and he also became a member in CBUR project and The Great Conflicts where i had the chance to cooperate with him and have a closer look for his abilities and passion to help the modding teams in which he is a part of, as a valuable team member. He even started learning mapping to help in "The Great Conflicts" mod cause we could not find a mapper. He has released his work for the public and he keeps improving them, in order to make them even better for the fans.
He is a great person and i believe he worths the citizenship as an artifex and i am certain you will not regret it. If you feel the same way like i do then i hope your vote will be a yes
    Thanks a lot,
    Agisilaos

I had offered to patronize him myself a while back but he wasn't eligible. I know he has a infraction history and I would like to know exactly for what, but still he has the contributions and is nice to work with. If one of our moderators could enlighten us.

Does that make him ineligible? When did he receive it?

No he is eligable, I'd have mentioned ineligibility otherwise.

A lot of work done, and done well at that, from what I see. And I can accept this apparently very occasional slip of conduct. Will vote yes.
