I have yet to try it out, but it looks good. Especially the fact that most of Europe is there (11 factions!).
It looks historically accurate and reminds me of Medieval 2
But could you give a quick rundown on why this mod is so good? What do you like in particular?

I looked into it for some minutes, I must say I like the small proportions of the many factions.
Small factions have one city, normal factions 2, and big factions 3. That makes the game much more enjoyable from my side
I think I will play with underdog scotland ( 1 city, 3 castles , like 5/6 villages) and try to overcome the english!
The current release isn't NEARLY as good as the next one (Which I have tried, and can say it is amazing). There are new factions, reworked troop trees, new armor, a bunch of stuff.
I tried the first release, but it kinda bugged or something, all the english armies just stood still in eastern scotland. Didn't do anything(no they weren't sieging). They were like that for 2 weeks in the game, and then I stopped playing

Hmm, it was said that Serbia is going to be within the mod in the new version ( 100% done as one of the creators said ), though I don't see ANY new things added in the new version. Map is absolutely same, etc. Am I wrong somewhere ? I've downloaded the mod from the link provided at the talewords thread. I'm saying it should be added, not mostly because I'm a serb ( Although I am, and that's one of main reasons I'm so excited about possibility of Serbia in the game ), but also because, at least back in 1200's, Serbia was one of the leading military forces in the known world. Especially in late 1200's.
Other than that, truly nice work, keep that up.

As I know as a Beta Tester, you could probably expect it REALLY soon. Like, weeks maybe.
Ohh, sorry, my bad I was stupid enough to download the mod ( again ) automatically as soon as I've seen that the topic creator has edited the original topic today. Was a bit ignorant there I must admit. Should have read it more carefully.

If people isnt over the minimum standard of living... lower the standard..
if there is too much poverty in a sociaty, lower the poverty line... my qoutes... comment them if you will...

Pretty good. There are three problems though. Firstly, kingdom management is bugged. Very bugged in fact. Secondly, the factions are totally unbalanced, in more ways then one. The HRE has a tough troop tree AND something like 7 cities and 14 castles. However, some small nations like Denmark have incredibly strong troop trees. On the flipside, the Papal States (and perhaps some others) are incredibly weak. I was able to kill lots of Papal troops just by riding by on my horse in early game and killing them with shots from my hunting bow.
Everything the State says is a lie, everything it has is stolen.
State is the name of coldest of all the cold monsters. Coldly it lies; and this slips from its mouth: "I, the state, am the people"
