Which campaigns have you played?

I have a pretty good campaign going right now as the Germans. I'll try to post a screen shot in the 'post your empires' thread if I'm not too lazy. Its not quite an empire yet but I am in the top 5 of all the faction rankings. This is the first barbarian campaign that has captured my attention. I had tried the Germans in vanilla but it sucked pretty hard. It has a nice, quiet start building up infrastructure whilst the civil war occurs to the south and east. But, if you are successful they won't ignore you for long. In fact, the rivals have now joined together to try to force me out of the heart of Gallic lands. But, its too late now. I have everything north of the alps and the last three Gaul cities are under siege. Maybe then I can make peace with whats left of the I-Gauls and focus on those betrayers, the Thracians.

I've played all the western civilized factions, i'm not really into the barbarian factions..cause..there barbarians! Rome is my fav they have awesome skins!

I have played the GCS, the Seleucid empire (currently), Baktria, Massilia and Syracuse. I absolutely love the first few turns of GCS, until you defeat Macedon and become a millionaire that is, and Baktria until you overwhelm the Selucids. Most boring is Massilia since after a few turns you find yourself permanently besieged. Oh, and I freaking hate Armenia!

Love the Ptolomies, Bactria and Thrace.

While my heart belongs to Dido, Queen of Quart Hadasht, I feel the Punics have a bit of a rough time-I basically have to fight every single battle as auto resolving almost always hands my my butt and a dead general.

I've done Thrace, Bosporans, Syracuse, and Saba campaigns.
The Syracuse campaign is the first RTW long campaign I've successfully completed ever. It was quite fun, I took all the islands in the med. Took out carthage in africa and then invaded italy.

GCS (current) ; Macedon ; Rome (only in vanilla) ; TSE ( only in vanilla ) , Iberia.

I cant help it, i always come back to the Greeks...i just love them hoplites and phalanxes

I've now also attempted Rome, German, Iberian, Bactrian, Cyrene, and GCS campaigns.

Saba is still my fav. German and Iberians are tied for second fav.

Saba is my fave, Baktria a close second, Sythia shouldn't be underestimated (especially on 1 hitpoint system).

GCS,Rome ,Syracuse,Pergamon and Massilia which is not that difficult after all
I found that pergamon was the hardest .I haven't find its pattern yet

iam confused.......why are answers avaible like pergamon,massilia or epirus????you cant play this factions because they arent in game or is a trick to play epirus,pergamom etc???

I didn't finish a campaign yet as I'm not playing this mod that long. I am playing several campaigns at once, depending on what I fancy at the moment.

I play Macedon and it's getting rather boring since I make 20k per turn. I conquered Greece and Italy and I'm pushing into the heart of the Seleucid's Empire now.

I play with Carthage on Hard difficulty and it's going pretty well so far. Conquered Sicily and most of Iberia but I'm a bit worried since Romans and Pyrrh are allies now and I think neither likes me very well.

I started with Armenia but didn't go far with it.

I started a Bosporian kingdom yesterday and I'm finding it very challenging so far. I fear the Scyths will be upon me soon and I'm kind of busy with Armenians right now.

I actually have only played Rome once in XGM, and only until I captured all of Italy (= just a few turns, really). The roster just doesn't excite me, I prefer EB's.

also i hate thrace and scythia cuz one time while playing as rome they attacked patavium!and scythia and parthia just overpower the regions in the steppe.

EB is good besides the cost and upkeep of building and units and alos donwloading time honestly XGM is my most fav mod cuz it sort a keeps vanilla and expends on it!

I want to win Iberia and Carthage campaigns first.
Then I want to win with Ptolemies because I like the ancient Egyptian/Greek culture fusion.
