    Default unit Card Shows Up White

    Hey all im just wondering why my unit card it white. I made a 66 x 88 image in GIMP and saved it as a tga file. Then i put it in the data\ui\units\icons folder. Then i added the image to my_mod.pack. I boot up Empire and my units icon is a white square. I think it has sumthing to do with alpha and stuff. Any help?

    solved: I had forgotten to add a seperate mask file
