modifiing the character traits file

so I was taking a look at some traits in the export_descr_character_traits and wanted to modify a few of the traits and the triggers. however the first thing it mentions is this:

;This file is generated from the Spreadsheet VnV,txt
;Please modify the spreadsheet and re-xport the data, rather than editing this file directly

So I assume based off of this that if I went in and changed some traits while erasing/modifying triggers just in the export_descr_character_traits.txt there would be a problem? and where do I find the spreadsheet it refers to?

no, just remove the penalty to authority for dwarves as I do not believe they would view their drunken leaders in a negative light.
