BC hotseat for BC kingdoms

I only ask here, because it seems I can't start my own topic or I've forgotten how, but regardless, I would appreciate knowing how you can start a Hotseat campaign in either BC 1.05 or BC 2.02, I haven't installed it, as I'm not at home and won't be for almost a week, I don't have internet there, but if it's readily available, then I suppose I'll figure that out without even needing help, if it requires something else by messing with a file, please tell me where to find this information, Thank you very much to any helpful replies.
