recruit "roman legionary cohort i" 0 requires factions { roman, } and not marian_reforms
Would that be right to make legionary cohort i available in militia barracks before the marian reform?? Thanks

Actually you should leave out the entire "and not marian reforms" That way you can recruit this unit both before and after the reforms. As is, you would just be making this a premarian unit which disappears after marius makes his inevitable reforms.
