A few years... I learned Photoshop alone making skins for CounterStrike. It really takes a lot of patience and a bit of imagination... Practice, practice and practice. And of course you must have ideas... I am still learning btw.
And the textures are only half of a model... I made every 3d model and texture from scratch. The 3D part is more fun to do than the textures if u ask me.

Another shield pattern... Maybe the stripes got a bit narrow. It is based on some iberian shield designs and numidian shield paterns (loosely).

This version should be great if it used as medium cavalryman (with lance)...

This one is the best legionary skin so far LAca.. Why do all the bigger mods like RTR miss your great skins? That's one of the reason I don't like RTR at all. You are surely one of the best skinners in the community

It looks awesome, I tried to mod the skins myself, but it did not work. If you can help with instructions on how, I would appreciate it.

For the first time ever you are making me want to play with Numidians.

I'll be the first to say that your Counter-Strike models (back in the day) were second-to-none. I was surprised that you were making models for R:TW.

    Hi Laca,
I was looking for your Garamantes model and notice its been removed (or I can't find it) Any clues where I can get it.
I came, I saw, I went away again.

Hi KALI, the Garamantes download is in the 4th post (made by LAca) on page 1, just above the ZIP attachment.

Hey, Laca, I sent you a PM asking your permission for using your superb work. As the RTR Forums are down, we have opened a thread here at TWCenter. You have the link in my signature, just in case you want to take a look at our project before taking any decision. Thanks in advance.

That's very nice. But with the older version, when they're in combat, thier sowrd disapears, after they finish taunting by bashing it againest ther shield, although i'm not sure what causes that exactly. Any ideas? Great work btw

I have two questions about the numdian cavalry:
    1. in the UI card their cloth is clean white, yet the texture I tried has some sort of grey/blue color. Is there a texture that has the clear white cloth from this pic:
    http://img95.imageshack.us/my.php?im...cements8pv.jpg
    ?
Or is it the same one and only thing different is the way the light falls on them?
    2. edit: no longer relevant.
