Cant playany mods which use MTW2 Kingdoms

I can play mods which just use Medievel toal war 2 but if they use medievel total war 2 kingdoms i cant play them.

Pro deo et rege v0.4 ( i can play this mod becuase it only uses MTW2)
Pro Deo et rege v1.0 (i cant play this because it uses Kingdoms)
Westros total war v53 (i cant play this because it uses Kingdoms))

after i open up the batch file and inset the orignal kingdoms disk it takes like 5 mins trying to read it and then a message pops up saying....

"Unable to authenticate original disc within time limit.
Please have a look at http://www.securom.com/message.asp?m=timeout for further, more detailed information.

Try again?"

I noticed this happened to my other mod which need to kingdoms to work. (Pro Deo Et Rege)
Im using vista(34bit) just so you know
