Archer Problems

Hey,

After installing the 1.1 patch I've noticed all the games archer units seem to fire in staggered watys i.e 10-15 firing at a time so each volley takes about 5 seconds to complete.

I had several mods on my game and even after installing the patch archers still seemed to be firing normally however I first noticed this prob when I installed Darth's battle formation mod...I uninstalled everything and installed with just the mod and the patch but the problem is still there..

Its not a game breaker but it is REALLY annoying...is there something in one of the data files I need to edit?

Any idea what the problem might be?
