Hi, my favorite faction is Silven Elves, but i can´t hire Ents (turn 150).
is there any thing I do lack.
Anyone know submode for Elves?

As you already have nazgul generals, you won't be able to recruit the "foot Nazgul" like you can get in custom battles You'll have to do it with the nazgul generals you get. Keep ik mind though that after some time, new nazgul generals will spawn, so eventually you can have all 9 nazgul
You can however get sauron in the campaign. You have to find the one ring, and take the general who has the ring back to Mordor. Once the ring has arrived in mordor Sauron will spawn as a general under your control

I have the general that has the ring in an army below that mount but nothing happens...

It takes a couple of turns for the script to kick in i believe. Just keep your general at mt. Doom and eventually he should destroy the ring

as gondor how do I get the special pikemen? Is there some kind of event? As it seems to me like it will take hundreds of turns to get a citadel and huge city at osgilith...by that time I doubt my borders would be anywhere near there, making the unit rather pointless.
is there some trick?
I play all TW games at Huge if the computer can handle it.
Edit, I find this give the best scope for realistic tactics and hard, prolonged battles.
I play as Gondor and take just 150 turns to rebuild Osgiliath.
HOW?

There are battle-ready Dunedain available for the Free Peoples of Eriador. You can recruit them at Amon Sul. Tip: do all the missions that reward you with the 'best units currently available' as soon as you can recruit battle-ready Dunedain, receiving 6 units over 2 missions as Eriador is a sure win against the Gundabad Orcs.

Wizard, the battle-ready dunedain have only a 2handed sword, not a sword and a shield ;p
