During the Return of the King, Theoden asks Grimbold where the Men of Snowbourn are located where he is told none have come, maybe they for killed either way where is Snowbourn? I don't recall being in the game
Snowbourn is the stream running in Harrowdale and past Edoras.
The river flows from Misty Mountains around Dunharrow past edoras towards the Entwas apparently.
So it's not a town? What was the king referring to when he ask about them?

The Rohir were not exactly city and town dwellers either. Region is more suitable to inquire about.
I send the Gondor General that has the one ring and stand him outside imladris, if I select Imladris it says I cannot attack ally faction
You're not supposed to place him inside Impladris, just has to be the right region. Wait a couple of turns
thanks, got it done....but another thing there are two "Orc Encampment" Towns after taking Mordor, I cant do cheats on the 2nd one because I dont know its 'cheat name', how do i find that out
When fighting in a settlement is it possible to have citizen in the map? Scared running around getting killed?

Kinda interesting question I'm pretty sure it'd be possible actually, but it wouldn't be very logical for them to be outside, getting killed
Why would you do that? You'd need to build them up again
I would second that suggestion as an option. This would naturally put more strain on mediocre/bad systems. More strain than is desirable by most.
Remember Mina's Tirith the people were stuck inside during the battle
Indeed. It is only in the movies that you see the inhabitants present during the siege. It is also very unlogical because civilians might panick which in turn could be very unfavarouble for the defenders.
