Cant open?

So I just downloaded version 3 off of filefront. However, I try to open the installer, and it freezes not the whole computer, but whatever source I opened it from (i.e. my documents, program files). Does anyone know what is wrong? I'm using vista 64 bit.
edit- part 2 opens fine, just part one is messed up.

Sounds like it could be an issue with User Account Controls or your antivirus, you might have to ask in the tec help section as I'm unfamiliar with the 64 bit system.

Hmm, it just seems that my system didnt want to agree with the installer program, beucase it opens fine now. Thanks anyways for the help.

hi anyone help.downloaded part 1 @2..when i try to install part one.i am going through half install then i get failed to install all..error 21f2.Tried downloading from alternate site but no joy..downloading
