    Justice League vs. Fatal Five

Love me some good Bruce Timm action.
Finally, they allow blood in a DC animation movie!

    Pro's: Persuader and his ax.
    Validus and his brain-in-a-fishbowl
    Star Boy and his meds

Con: Wonder Woman punching Persuader out cold.
But hey, she's made of clay

Why are they using the old Justice League cartoon animation?

Because it's a continuation and an homage.

    Glass

Been waiting for this for a long time.
    Old Night Shyamalan doesn't disappoint.

    Stellar performance by James McAvoy.
    Bruce Willis was good too.

    Terrifier (2017)

I guess caring about plot holes would be too mainstream, right? :p
Random, no plot, a lot of gore, and to top it all the killer doesn't die cause he is immortal or whatever.

    Black Summer.

    Netflix Zombie apocalypse.

If you’re rooting for the zombies something is clearly wrong. First two episodes are okay. After that it’s pretty bad. I liked the cascading perspectives. Not much else. Shame, I had high hopes...

    The Hidden 1987

    Okay, some questions:

    1. Why would an alien slug from outer space:

    a. Want a boombox?
    b. Like Ferrari's?
    c. Listen to rock/ punk music?
    d. Need to switch to exotic dancer body?

Hey, that's Commander Ivanova from Babylon 5 !!!
So this is what she was doing in the 80's.

Okay, I'm fine. This is fine.

    Prospect

    Nice sci-fi flick.
Nothing pretty much happens in this one, but it's still nice.

A shame. This could have been a good film. (ending is just lame)

    The Captain

This movie seems surreal until you find out that it really happened

I will check it out, seems interesting.
Though i hope it isn't the usual covert apologism ala "germans were like everyone else, the war made them do it".

    Us

    Jordan Peele strikes again!

This movie is smart enough to play with cliches. It has its fair share of wtf moments.
But at the same time, there are some:
    'Wait, how did that happen?'
I love how this guy writes white characters. I mean, he has some experience...10/10 would recommend.

    The Wandering Earth

Now this was quite something - a non-Hollywood massive production. It has beautiful scenery, great visuals and not-so-great plot. It's all you love about a Hollywood movie, but Chinese. Worth a watch
