More development for the BI game... and a name!
Name of RPG: Forests of Saxony
1 king, 10 marshals, each commanding an army. Also governors, one for each town.
Situation: Lord of Saxony had been murdered. The marshals decide to elect one of them to rule as there is no heir
Characters will all be introduced, then elections will take place
Start date: 363 AD
Forums:
. ‘Saxon Shipyards’ - Post updates from army expeditions and log trade
. Past FOSes stored here - ‘Hall of the Bards’
. ‘Shrine of Woden’ - Sign up here
. ‘Warlord’s Hold’ - The King and marshals meet here to put forward ideas
. ‘The Standing Stones’ - Governors are elected and put forward requests for new buildings / army units etc.
Once marshals , king and governors are elected (in the beginning, only 1 for Vicus Saxones), people can join also as freedmen or nobles. Nobles are wealthy and own land. Freedmen bascially aren't so wealthy, but would have to buy land rather than inheriting it.

That is a starting point, I guess. I will end up editing this thread, hundreds of times, these are just suggestions for people to react to... The end will almost certainly be not like this at all!
