Possible to make fps/tps of Empire Total War?

Is it possible to make a first person shooter or a third person shooter with Empire Total War ?
I want to play a shooter with muskets etc.

Perhaps? Most likely not, since there is a ton of work between a first person camera angle and a first person shooter. I mean, you would need to figure out how to disable the aim function for the unit you currently have selected, then write your own code on the aiming of the gun in relation to the current position of the mouse, then firing when you click. It could screw up the timed firing of the rest of the unit I would think, and lets not even get into the controlled movement.
