Unit Drag Line

That title is not very good, but I cannot think of a good way to describe this.

When you drag a unit, it stops after a certain point, has anyone figured out what value controls this? or is it controled in a non-editable way.

You are talking about the "Maximum File;" the largest number of men you can stretch a unit shoulder to shoulder.

I have NOT found this data and have asked once before! If anyone know, it'd be a great help!
