Editing movement/morale

Hey, I was just looking at things to do for my mod and thinking about getting into the KV morale and unit movement files but have no idea how. I know this has been done before too, which is what makes it a little frustrating. Any help would be appreciated!

you need packFileManager open patch.pack then click the plus on the left of all of these in order:

+patch
+db
+unit_stats_land_table

then click on:
unit_stats_land
