Quits after opening screen

I have been able to play TATW for about a week. Now whenever I start the game, the opening screen appears and then the game just quits. It might have something to do with the mithmod. I (tried) installing the mithmod, but I think that after that TATW didn't work for me anymore. I am still able to play M2TW: Kingdoms. I have tried uninstalling TATW aswell but it keeps getting the same problems.
Any suggestions?

did you put mithmod in the right place?

You must have done something wrong. Download the latst version and make sure to install it correctly.

Hey that's exactly the same problem as me. I downloaded your mod too Mith, however it was working fine for me until 3 days ago... I just see the siege of minas tirith from an aerial view, my ring cursor rotating on itself then it crash and says:
"Medieval 2
Medieval 2:Total War encountered an unspecified eror and will now exit."
