    Default Arm diffuse texture puzzle

So I was working on reskinning some Polish Household Cavalry when I ran into this little problem:

For some reason, the arms (which are supposed to be blue, roughly the same blue as seen elsewhere on the unit), are turning up some darkened reddish mixture.

Here is a screenshot of the texture "diffuse" file:

The gloss_map has been totally emptied of . . . gloss. I haven't touched the "normal" file.

    Anyone know what's going on?

Have you changed that part of the gloss alpha file to be black instead of white, as that is what dictates where the faction uniform colour is applied to a unit.

The diffuse file consists solely of the main surface plus the automatically generated mipmaps. So no possibility of an extra layer in the diffuse file screwing things up.

    Finally solved the problem.

Lusted's first instinct was on the right track: there was a typo in name of the gloss_map file. Correcting that fixed it.

Thanks for the help, you two!
