I downloaded empire total war from steam and had been anticipating the games release for a long time! Now I am so sick of trying to get it to work that I would almost rather just have my money back!!
Can anyone please help with the following...
when I launch it there are no labels on any of the buttons in the game?
If I try and watch the opening trailer for the game it is sort of blochy/scratchy?
I for the life of me cannot figure out how to get steams automatic updates to update the game?

I would very much appreciate it if somone can help walk me through this. Steam has no number for a customer service line which is just completely obnoxious and makes my head want to explode!
