Just to clarify as I couldnt find a thread about this. I dont use the add_money cheat nor the toggle_fow cheat as the game suggests when you start. Can I use the process_cq cheat without the game going wrong? Could someone confirm that if you use the toggle_fow cheat that the game cannot be completed? Many thanks

Why would you like to cheat in a serious campaign? Since process_cq is an even more fatal cheat, I would say, yes.

If you type it in "process_cq "whatever town or citys name here" without quitations" then it will process whatever you are building in that city instantly, so if you put in Isengard rodes to build it would look like this "process_cq Isengard" and when you hit enter the rodes would be built..

Well actually im cheating in my currently campaign, but thats just becasue i won with gondor with none cheats, now i cheat to get cash so i can support my allies, cuz they get destroyed too fast.. And it get's more epic battles with process_cq ^^

You get far better battles when you use the process_cq cheat. So only the toggle_fow is fatal as when I tried that first to see the map I wiped out the Orcs of the Misty Mountains and no message came up to say they had been.

Using the add_money cheat screws up your financial system by the game showing that you are supposed to get an amount of money completely different than the one you're getting, but that's it.
Toggle_fow does nothing aside show you the map.
No cheat, in any way, will interrupt your game, you could program the game to explode or something once the cheat is done (), but the Medievalshell is built into the game, so it is quite ridiculous to think it can damage it.

oh yes sorry. i tried toggle_fow out and now my game won't run anymore. there was a message: you are a cheater !!! TATW was not designed for cheaters. Now this game is corrupted and you'll have to redownload it.

the building cheat doesn't work for city's or castles with more than 2 words. For example process_cq Minas Tirith doesnt work but city's with 1 name like Linhir, where process_cq does work.

It's funny how many people feel this need to tell people how to play their game. If they want to use cheats, so what? It doesn't affect you in any way. Please get over yourselves, and deflate your egos.

Does anyone happen to know how to use the process_cq cheat, for example, on cities that have something like a "u" with a ^ over it in it's name?
