    Default Bandits - Witches

If it's not a but then I find it rather strange, anyways witches turn up in masses on vh/vh in Eriador and since one has no priests, one can't get rid of'em as a good fraction. It would not bother me at all, if there rate of convertion would not be that imba, that no cultural building can counter it.

They are also apparently fans of using semicolons

Yeah, I hate the fact Elves cannot make assassins... I could've helped Gondor/Rohan so much... Killing all the invasion armies. >.<

Right, no Assassins for Elves, which I do strongly support! But the problem will not be solved that way. I found some way to solve it by building iconers studios, but first of all your city has to be developed enough and secondly it's not quite fitting for elves anyways.
Besides that, I can't help but I don't think witches fit the setting.

So they're only prevalent in Eriador? Cool!! They're like spirits of the old Witch King you almost can't get rid of, that's awesome.

Uh, the Witch King isn't called that way because of him having many witches under his sway -besides the fact, that would've been a pretty nice sideeffect . He was called that way because of his mastery in dark arts and he should better have been named as conjuring King or something like that, which he is not, therefore the misunderstandings.

Mine showed up in former West Rohan, though she may have originated in Eriador.

I was more curious about the semicolon in the name than anything else.
