Sharpe Quotes MOD FIXED!!!

Like many I love Sharpe and I felt that the quotes on the loading screens could do with a bit of Sharpey!

So I present to you 22 Quotes from all the episodes of Sharpe.

I guarantee there will be one you love!!!

However, there are now 300 quotes which appear randomly so I cannot guarantee you'll get it straight away. If you keep playing though it should pop up eventually.

There are two types: a 'patch' pack and a 'mod' pack. Choose one that suits you best.

Installation: Just place in your Data folder and check with ModManager.
Or if you have the 'patch' version just place it in the data folder.

BUG! Causes the quotes to disappear altogether!
Working on it but I have no idea why it has done this,
all I did was add to the existing quotes.

A 40 minute mod how nice. But the idea is great. I love Sharpe and am reading Sharpe's Battle atm. Could you perhaps delete the quote from R.E. Lee, US general? Or change it into R.E. Lee, General CSA. That single bothced quote almost made me undo my ETW pre-order when I came across it in the demo.

good stuff. This is getting added straight away when it's fixed. I'm trying to add sharpe audio quotes when I click on my sharpe units but think it might be beyond me at this point. rep points for you

@KozCDVI, all I did was add to the existing quotes. You can reduce the quotes yourself by just deleting them in patch/db/quotes_tables

@Singleton Mosby, same as above just go into the registry and delete.

FIXED: It worked the whole time, my Empire had a MOD it didn't like!!!

You could try to change the loading screens to show classic Sharpe and Hornblower scenes, and quotes going at the bottom.

I was going to include Perkins' quote. Now that this MOD seems to be active, ie: people are interested,
I'll add more quotes and Hornblower quotes aswell.
I'll see if I can add pictures aswell!

I don't know... I think it was a game file as I had all MODs disabled and it kept CTDing.
I re-installed and it worked!
