But of course they fixed it. We all have. Every TATW modder worth his salt has fixed it, at least once - haven't we Precious? Yes, yes, in secret. Not for public use, noo, noobish public. It's our Precious!

Making the island bigger on the map so there are land tiles surrounding the settlement should fix the deployment issue. There is some other bug I think with the BAI but the model and textures can just be pasted into the Weathertop (maybe Heneth Anun too) files and it would work fine. I did my own thing and I don't think anyone else cares since it is so simple a settlement. Using one of the other two is a better solution to me.
