Khazad vs. Goblins

Winter Clash in the Grey mountains. Axemen of Erebor (heavy armors) supported by Dwarven Warriors charge the masses of Goblin Warriors pushed forward by the Bodyguards of Ugrad the Mean. Back: Dwarven Halberds.

anxsan is right... in fact there is NO best faction, just best players who might be less brave (or foolish) than the AI, but way more cunning & tricky. SunTzu Rules!!!

As for the poor Egbert... he's doomed! and so is Rohan then "Noble in Rule"...not for long!
Well I don't know the side effect of The Ring in TATW. I have it only on my Goblins (a.k.a; OotMM) campaign which is just fine. My Heir Lord Burz took it, becoming the Ultimate Badass of the North.

Lorien Is Burning!



The Goblins Revenge

While the Dark Lord's amies are flooding from Minas Morgul to end the World of Men, the Orcs of the Misty Mountains are attacking the Golden Woods of Lothlorien. From the darkest pits of Moria, the Goblin Warlord Shagluk has gathered a vast Horde to crush the Sindar Realm once and for all.

Shagluk's horde has besieged the western Sindar stronghold of Cerin Amroth for three years now. The Wood Elves are desperate and try to break the siege. The Goblins were just waiting for them to make that mistake to crush them under their wooden walls.

Shagluk knew that if the Sindar could get in formation on the glade, they would kill all his Goblins with their deadly arrows. Then, as the Elves came out of Cerin Amroth, he immediately ordered a massive charge in two steps.

Thousands of Goblin Warriors move in a vast double crescent as the Silvan archers & Sentinels pass the gates of Cerin Amroth.

At the same time, the Cave Trolls are let loose and charge the Sindar left flank so that the Elves can't get in firing formations in time. The elven Woodland Wardens strike back to protect their archers but the Trolls smash them by dozens while Warg Riders begin their encircling approaches.

On the right flank, the Warg Riders charge the Elven Archers & Sentinels and terrify their ranks with their monstrous beasts. Behind them, masses of Goblin Warriors prepare for the second wave.

The Cave Trolls are smashing Sentinels to avoid any regrouping & firing from these elite marksmen.

Despite heavy losses due to the support of the Silvan Spearmen, the Warg Riders charge back & forward, disorganizing the elven ranks.

All Goblin & Snaga Archers fire at the Silvan center to pinn down Silvan Spearmen & Wardens as they come out of their gates.

Other Warg Riders, supported by Cave Trolls, have isolated Lord Celeborn's Sindar Bodyguards who stand up on a fierce resistance, but the Elven Lord was crushed by a Troll hammer.

Shagluk is victorious, Celeborn is dead and the Elven survivors will serve as joker pets in Moria. No word of the Elven Witch Galadriel who escaped the massacre.

Despite their defeat, the Sindar are still very powerful. From Caras Galadhon, Galadriel prepares her vengeance and her champion Haldir promised her Shagluk's head on a pike. We'll see... for now, It's Celeborn's head who's planted on a pike in Cerin Amroth's glade.

Can I ask how you did this??

How did you deploy them all like that? How did you get so many lol?

I used the battle editor, and just made the deployment zones of the 7 armies right next to each other, then set the units to spawn so they all looked like they were of the same army, and disabled the deployment option so they don't get redeployed by the AI

The Battle of Araw Hills

Rhun attempts to siege Araw with a large force, but King Bard and his son, freshly dispatched from Rhovanion, manage to catch their army at the ruggy outskirts of the town at the last second. An epic uphill battle ensures as the Easterlings attempt to gain higher ground, only to get ripped to pieces by archers and attacks from both forested flanks. The dalian forces then march upward, covered by hails of arrows, managing to split the enemy troops and eventually force an all out retreat.
