i know which faction you are . there are several ways to get it bigger. make it bigger on paint, or use gimp.. open it. scale the image.. and make it bigger

Yes custom because in campaign it would be very unbalanced if every units would get 250 men. In custom i can balance, not with money but with strengh.

TATW Realism submod allows you to recruit Eldar Archers in the Hornburg, but you can't recruit them again for like 100 turns.
