In a way, perhaps, but there was just a mountain behind him and not a huge amount of dudes fighting due to the camera angle. So, you missed nothing.

Maybe you could have put Saruman above Isengard forces to the second version?

Yeah, I was thinking of that but forgot about it then. However, by a quick image search I couldn't find a suitable (offensive, since he'd represent the Uruk army) of Saruman so I guess it will have to do without. But yeah, it would probably have looked better with Saruman.

Unfortunately I hardly play TATW, for some reason. Actually I hardly play anything right now. But whenever I get the inspiration to do some TATW stuff I'll show the results here. I'm just afraid you'll have to wait for a while until the next one.

A little final punitive expedition caught the OoG faction heir alone. The AI randomly decided to split the rest of the army off and have them go towards Carn Dûm to be slaughtered a bit more.

I guess I'll go do something 100% inaccurate to lore and upload it on the Tolkien Discussion thread, their eyes will probably burn.

Here are a few screens from my Eriador DCI campaign.

An Invasion is called on Edoras and the forces of Saruman successfully take the great city of Rohan. The Great Golden Hall of Meduseld now corrupted and perverted, would be home to the vile Uruk-Hai, and the throne that once held Theoden, Grima now took for himself.

For retribution for Saruman's crimes, the great Lore Master of Gondor invoked the sacred oath of the Dunedain and called a Tol Acharn to retake Edoras! Brothers of the Rohirrim in both Gondor and Eriador answered the call. They traveled to Orthanc and would make Saruman answer for his misdeeds.

After the fight at Edoras the forces of Rohan were weak; weaker than they had ever been before. Nevertheless, they joined in the attack just as the forces of Gondor laid siege to Orthanc. A fortress that belonged rightfully to Minas Tirith.
