    That's a rebel general. They pop up occasionally and are also available in custom battles if you enable the rebel faction.

    If you want to get great close up shots you need the TATW Cinematic Editor which can be found here

    After the victory you're in fact transformed into Gondor/Reunited Kingdom since Aragorn is crowned. It automatically happens, you can't do anything about it.

    didnt happen in my playthrough. i destroyed the ring and it was end game.
