Question about STARTPOS file

Many thanks for your mod. I've been using it since early after installing Empire. Works like a dream. Using 4 turns per year, and the "smoke and blood" mod alongside yours. Battles very realistic and exciting.
I'll be downloading your 1.068 version as soon as I get home. (At work at the moment).

One question, though, about your "is_startpos1.4.rar." file. I've noticed that the version number always stays the same, at 1.4.
Does this mean that you haven't changed the "startpos" file. And if this is the case, do we need to download and install it, everytime we download and install your new "isv1.06x" file?

Good question, I didn´t redownload the startpos for some releases and it seems like it is working. But I´m not rly shure about it.

You're correct, the startpos.esf file has not been updated in a while, you do not need to redownload it unless the version number changed.
