How come you can put that officer on these but not the rangers??

I did put it on the Light Infantry! Along with Legofingers we figured it out.

Put both files in yr Data folder m8 and tick Lego.Pack in mod manager

EDIT: Sorry m8 I see u mean the unit card .. They are just for Legofingers to put in mod when he updates it

Lego I'm getting red block for rangers unit card have reinstalled still the same?? (only tried in custom so far)

@ Gary - yeah thats just for my info, I add these to the ui folder and add the folder to the pack

about the unit cards

1st off the problem was me being an idiot... (I hadnt added my ui directory to the mod.pack)
But I now dont have the queens_ranger unit card pics in my "main" ui folder (I.e. the one not part of any pack but the seperate folder within the data folder)..

I am using just the lego.pack and the unit cards are showing up fine for custom battle as I have added the ui folder to the lego pack that is available for DL now, this was done last night (late) so Kave-In i'm sorry but can you re-DL one more time and try again, I am pretty sure it will work this time..

I am ready to make those NEW units we discussed anytime you got the textures for me



and last night I have been experimenting with unit cards AND the unit info card (you know the one you get when you RIGHT click on the unit card) and I have had success in changing the pics to suit the new uniforms..

So at some point in the near future I will updated all of the existing units and from now on not release a unit until its 100% !!! (and completely tested)..

Still clueless about editing the unit description however (the unit info) and not really sure what I would write there even if I knew how, so any help with this matter would again be most appreaciated.. i.e. telling me how to do this or writting something nice and informative for the unit information..

I'm probably gonna be hard at this most of this evening and maybe all of tomorrow evening and early into the morning AND I got monday & tuesday off work so will be modding/texturing all of both those days..

EDIT: I have now almost finished the 3 existing new units! unit cards and textures are fully done, the only thing to be done for these three is the officers and buglers for the Hussars and Dragoons, but I am still having trouble getting the "unit info picture cards" to show up in-game

Ok d/l new patch but it wouldn't show in modmanager then I noticed you had named it ' legoV0.3. '
I added ' .pack ' at the end of it and it works fine.

Unit cards now show in custom (not tried campaign yet)

Next time you repack the mod can u change the bugler texture for that of the infantry (not a big thing but it bugs me)

It says something about bandwith exceeded where your pics should be.. is that me or you?

and...lol... but I updated the pack again not too long ago today.. so you'll have to DL again is you want the new unit cards and the new skined Brit Hussars.. sorry..

1st off thanks for the feedback as I havent tested in the campaign.

I am a complete noob, so be patient with me

The lack of text in the info box I am aware of and am going to try and resolve in the near future but at the moment I dont know how to do this, also I cant seem to manage to get the unit pic to show in the info box either... I have duplicated the same formula for existing vanilla units or so I thought, but no luck as of yet.. but I will solve this I will never be happy until these are 100%

And as for the Hussars shouting infantry elite!!?? Thats something I didnt know and I really have no idea where the audio files conect with the units, so.. ummmm... anyone help!? please?

& Thanks for your compliment, I like them now but the 1st edition sucked ass!

(you might want to DL again as I have updated far too many times in the past few days and the current pack is the best one so far)
