Same as other files. Use the Pack File Manager.

Need more information, please. I have downloaded swiss french unit (dds) file. I know how to use packfile manager by reading tutorial but when I get to the part of using the file, there is not enough information. Where do you put the dds file?

If you DL it, it should be in a pack file. just put this pack file into the data-folder of ETW and activate with ModManager

The .dds must be in the right folder in data, before you can pack them.

    1. Create your mod pack and don't forget the script.
What I make is I unpack (with Pack File Manager) the folders I need, so I get 100% the right path, then I put my for example textures in .dds in the folder (with right path) and pack them in my mod pack.

    2. Other way for beginner is to download a mod with changed textures. So you get a base, where you can put your custom textures. To pack new look at 1.
