Austrian mini mod request

Hey can someone please make a mini mod that allows the windbuchse jaegers to be recruited at the begining of the game, like the militia. I want to be able to make an army of them quickly, and not wait for about 50 turns. + rep to whoever can help

you can probably change that yourself. just change what building they can be recruited from. so pick a building at the beginning of the game
