What happened here?

So, what may have happened is that Saxony and Poland declared war on me, and Saxony is a protectorate of Poland. After Prussia and me (Austria) crushed Poland I made them a protectorate. Saxony now appears to be my protectorate as well. However, their troops are still occupying my farms! They don't have military access and I can't attack them without declaring war! I'm using IS 1.066 with the protectorates version of the startpos.esf

Interesting bug. So they just won't leave? In my experience if I got anything occupied by an enemy and I made peace, they usually get out automatically. Could it be because you got the protectorate from Poland, instead of directly getting the deal?

I don't think this can be solved by modding though.

Protectorates get military acces by default i think? Are the farms demolished? can you repair them?

They're damaged, I can't repair them. If tried giving and then cancelling military access but that didn't work.

The game wasn't working for me so I tried playing as Italian states, made war on Venice and then peace...this happened! I'm running into all kinds of bugs today!
