Some unbalanced units
Hello! Congratulations for your new forum.
I like very much your mod, especially changes in IA, but I think mod fails in the balance of some units. I think balanced troops must be based stats-price equilibrium and I donīt understand some stats you assign and some changes you make (proportionately) about vanilla version, but probably you must have your reasons.
Vanilla:
Standard rifle units: 125 - 65 - 7 - 7 - 9 - stakes = 580
Cazadores : 125 - 65 -10- 5 - 9 - no stakes = 540
Cazadores is the equivalent of the other countries rifle units.
Melee (10) Defense (5) is used to make a difference but the unit still balanced respect to other rifle units (same morale, etc). And the lower price (I suppose) because they canīt use stakes.
In your mod:
Green Jackets: 180 - 29 - 2 - 10 - 11 = 380 Unbalanced
Long rifles(USA): 180 - 29 - 3 - 3 - 11 = 270 Totally unbalanced
Standard rifles: 180 - 29 - 3 - 3 - 11 = 380 Right?
Cazadores: 180 - 29 - 3 - 2 - 8 = 380 Unbalanced
And I wonder, what is your problem with them?
In Vanilla the Cazadores have the same morale of standard rifle units, best attack, lower defence and lower price. In your mod they have the same attack, lower defence, lower morale and the same price... I canīt understand the reason for this.
Another case:
Swedish Mountain Troops: 115 - 13 - 3 - 2 - 8 = 415
Standard light infantry: 115 - 15 - 2 - 3 - 8 = 340
Swedish Mountain Troops can withstand the cold but I donīt think these is sufficient reason to this price increase.
Repeat, I love your mod and i only would like to know the reason for these issues or these are bugs.
Regards.

Re: Some unbalanced units
I'll look into the rifle situation, definitely.
As far as the Mountain Troop situation - they have a higher cost because they're available very early.
