i think theyre pretty much isolated to be played in a good and entertaining way.
Maybe they could use that faction slot for another faction perhaps?

Moros has been doing a lot of research on Saba. They will still be in the game.

Saba has its value, both historically and gameplay wise. It is an empty region of the map that wasn't vacant of kingdoms and had an effect on the world.


At the very least, having Saba prevents Arabia and Kush from rebelling to Parthia (like in v0.7x).

This version here is primarily a Seleukid one. The Medusa of the Rondanini type is associated with them in a number of ways, but also shows up on Baktrian coins. I don't think it's a particularly exclusive symbol, but once I get all the equipment for the various versions finalized it'll be up to FCs of their respected factions to come up with banners.
